PVD Downcity Holiday Market Vendor Application - Now Open
The Providence Tourism Council and InDowncity are thrilled to present the PVD Downcity Holiday Market's third successful season at Grant’s Block Park, located at the corner of Union and Westminster streets in downtown Providence.
From Thursday, December 3 to Sunday, December 6, Grant's Block transforms into an enchanting outdoor marketplace where visitors and residents can meet, shop, drink, eat, and support local businesses this season.

Thursday, December 3: 5 - 9 p.m.
Friday, December 4: 5 - 9 p.m.
Saturday, December 5: 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday, December 6: 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Apply by Monday, August 17, 2026, for priority consideration. We will notify accepted applicants by September 4th.

From June 11 - July 19, 2026, the Providence Tourism Council, in partnership with the City of Providence and the Department of Art, Culture and Tourism welcomed over 145,000 visitors from across the world to the PVD FanZone at Station Park in the heart of downtown Providence.
Cultural Community Grant Deadline
September 1, 2026 is the next deadline for the PTC Cultural Community Grant Program.
Whether you are a first-time applicant or a returning grantee, we encourage you to carefully review the latest guidelines and information available here.
Applications are considered from businesses, organizations, and nonprofit groups for events, programs, festivals, and exhibits that take place in Providence and support the growth of Providence’s creative and cultural landscape, benefiting both residents and visitors. Eligible applications will be considered for events taking place more than 2 months after the grant deadline.
